About us

Artefactum.Design is developing its business in the Netherlands, specialising in decorative concrete, microcement, decorative plaster, painting and stamped concrete.

We are looking for a proactive remote assistant to help us find new business opportunities, establish relationships with construction companies and organise material sourcing.

Responsibilities

- Research construction companies, finishing contractors, interior design studios, hotels and commercial projects in the Netherlands. - Identify relevant decision-makers and business contacts. - Prepare personalised business emails and follow up with potential clients. - Maintain an organised database of leads and communication. - Research construction materials, compare suppliers, prices and delivery terms. - Prepare quotations and online shopping orders for management approval. - Provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

- Good written and spoken English. - Strong research and communication skills. - Confident use of Google Sheets, email and online research tools. - Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, procurement or construction is an advantage.
