Changes to the Law on Operative Investigative Activity (Law No. 90 of 25.04.2004)
The law amends Law No. 45-XIII of 12 April 1994 on operative investigative activity. It changes how actions of investigative bodies are challenged, the conditions for authorizing certain measures, and the role of the prosecutor and the investigating judge in oversight. It enters into force on 30.04.2004.
