How to print and what else you need
How to print
- PETG. PLA softens near the amplifier.
- 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.2 mm layers.
- 4 walls, 15 % infill.
- The line: natural, translucent PETG.
- The orientation is in the file.
What is not printed
- Ø10 x 3 mm magnets, a 50-pack
- 6-pin pogo contacts, 5 pairs
- 100 x 3 mm O-ring
- Steel weights, 160 g
- 144/m LED strip, gasket foam
- The electronics: a kit, or the list in the plan
Every part is checked automatically: closed solid, fits the bed, no collisions. Not printed yet. Grams and hours are estimates.
The plinth is only the case. Li-ion cells take experience: a badly built pack can catch fire.

Questions
When does the preorder start?
Once the prototypes work and certification is clear. We will not give a date we cannot keep. Leave your address and we will write.
How much does Satelit Box cost?
The print files are free. The target for the electronics kit is 2,190–2,490 MDL, for the assembled box 2,990–3,390 MDL.
Can I print it myself?
Yes. Every part downloads with no account and fits a 180 mm bed. We recommend PETG. Not printed yet: the first test print comes next.
How does it go together?
No tools. The halves twist together, the mesh clicks in, accessories attach with magnets.
Can I fit my own antenna?
Yes. Take off the back cover and screw another 2.4 GHz antenna onto the RP-SMA. Radio approval covers only the antennas tested, and the EU limit is 20 dBm.
Does it work with Spotify, YouTube Music or Yandex Music?
Yes, over Bluetooth, from the app on your phone, from day one. Direct connection with no phone needs certification and agreements we do not have yet. YouTube Music and Yandex Music stay on Bluetooth for now.
Does it need a subscription?
As a Bluetooth speaker, no. The voice assistant uses Satelit plans. Each box comes with 3 months of the Family plan.
Is it always listening?
Only wake word recognition runs on the box. Nothing leaves before it. The switch on the back cuts power to the microphones. Audio is not kept. The text of requests stays 30 days and you can delete it.
Does it do everything the Satelit app does?
Everything that can be said out loud: prices, lists, spending, recipes, flights, laws, rates, fuel. Barcode cards and encrypted messages stay on the phone.
