Method
- Fry the chopped onion, grated carrot and finely chopped pepper in oil for 5 minutes.
- Pour in 1.5 l of water, add the diced potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the noodles and cook for 6-7 more minutes. Salt to taste.
- Turn off the heat and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
