Method
- Cook the chopped onion and thinly sliced cabbage in a little oil for 20 minutes. Salt to taste and let it cool.
- Knead the flour with the kefir, baking powder, a spoon of oil and a little salt. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 balls, roll them thin, add the cabbage and gather the edges.
- Fry the pies in oil for 3-4 minutes per side over medium heat.
