Method
- Cut the chicken into pieces, the onion into half-rings and the carrots into strips.
- Brown the chicken in hot oil, then add the onion and carrots and sauté for 7-8 minutes.
- Rinse the rice until the water runs clear and spread it over the meat without stirring.
- Pour in hot water to one finger above the rice, add whole garlic cloves and salt.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 25-30 minutes, until the rice absorbs the water.
