    Method

    1. Mix the mince with the egg, grated onion, salt and pepper. Shape the meatballs and dust them with flour.
    2. Fry for 4-5 minutes per side (or 15 minutes in an air fryer at 190 °C).
    3. Boil the peeled potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes.
    4. Mash the potatoes with the butter and warm milk until smooth.
