Annual surpluses of the state social insurance budget may be invested in securities or kept in bank accounts
The law adds a new paragraph to Article 13 of Law No. 489-XIV. Annual surpluses of the state social insurance budget may be used to buy securities and/or kept in deposit bank accounts. The procedure is set by a regulation approved by the Government. The law enters into force on 30.05.2002.
