Law No. 1257/2002 replaces the word "license" with "authorization" in several environmental laws
The law amends several legal acts, including the animal world law, the law on harmful products and substances, the waste law and the hydrometeorological law. In many places the word "license" is removed or replaced with "authorization". The published text does not say who is primarily affected. The law entered into force on 14.11.2002.
