Law No. 1451
Moldova ratifies agreement on transfer of bodies of deceased persons
Parliament ratified the Strasbourg Agreement of 26 October 1973 on the transfer of bodies of deceased persons. The law says the agreement applies only in the territory controlled by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova, until full restoration of its territorial integrity. The law has been in force since 03.12.2002.

Point 17 removed from the annex to the law on the status of Chisinau municipality
Law No. 1483 of 22.11.2002 amends the annex to Law No. 431-XIII of 19 April 1995 on the status of Chisinau municipality. Point 17 is excluded, and points 18-78 become points 17-77. The law entered into force on 03.12.2002.
