Law No. 1478
State fee exemption for central public authorities in certain court cases
The law amends point 12) of Article 4 of the State Fee Law no. 1216-XII of 3 December 1992. Central public authorities, central public administration bodies, the Court of Accounts and their territorial structures financed from the state budget are exempt from the state fee when they bring actions to defend the state's property interests. The exemption also covers applications to challenge court decisions issued in these actions. The law entered into force on 13.12.2002.
