People disabled while clearing up the Chernobyl accident added to supplementary social protection
The law supplements Article 2 of Law No. 121-XV of 3 May 2001. It adds to the beneficiaries of supplementary social protection those who became disabled as a result of taking part in clearing up the consequences of the accident, having been sent on official business trips by ministries, departments, enterprises and organizations. The law enters into force on 01.01.2004.
