Law No. 234
Changes to extra social protection for war invalids and Second World War participants
Law No. 234 amends Article 2 of Law No. 121-XV on extra social protection for war invalids and Second World War participants. Persons who worked as civilian employees in the operational army during the Second World War are added to point 2). Point 6) is excluded, and points 7) and 8) become points 6) and 7). The law takes effect on 1 January 2004.
