Ministry of Ecology, Construction and Territorial Development to be split into two bodies
Law nr. 26-XV of 13.02.2004 amends Article 24 of the Law on the Government. The Ministry of Ecology, Construction and Territorial Development is reorganized by separation into the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Department of Construction and Territorial Development. The law entered into force on 27.02.2004.
