Law No. 379
Threshold in Moldova's business law raised from 15 thousand to 100 thousand
Law No. 379 amends point 5 of Article 10 of Law No. 845-XII on entrepreneurship and enterprises. In the first paragraph, the figure "15 mii" is replaced with "100 de mii". The law entered into force on 03.12.2004. The text does not say who is affected or what the threshold applies to.
