Law No. 353
Law no. 353/2005: deadline in Article 4 paragraph (2) of Law no. 1056-XIV of 2000 changed from 2006 to 2007
The law amends Article 4 paragraph (2) of Law no. 1056-XIV of 16 June 2000, which puts Title VI of the Tax Code into effect. The figure "2006" is replaced by "2007". The law enters into force on 1 January 2006.
