Orhei district monastery added to VAT exemption list
The law adds a new item to the annex to Law No. 331-XV of 7 October 2004. Technical expertise, prospecting, design, construction and restoration works at the "Nașterea Maicii Domnului" Monastery in Curchi village, Orhei district, may be exempt from value added tax, if they are funded with money donated by individuals and legal entities. The law takes effect on 05.05.2006.
