Amendment to Article 31 of the Vine and Wine Law: compensation for vineyard planting
Law No. 8 of 09.02.2007 amends Article 31 of the Vine and Wine Law No. 57-XVI of 10 March 2006. Fund money may partly compensate individuals and legal entities for the costs of planting vineyards with authorized planting material. For table grape varieties, starting 2007, the minimum area is 1 ha. If the fund does not have enough money, the state budget covers the shortfall.
