Ratification of the Additional Protocol on transplantation of organs and tissues of human origin
Parliament ratified the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Human Rights and Biomedicine concerning the transplantation of organs and tissues of human origin, signed in Strasbourg on 24 January 2002 and signed by the Republic of Moldova on 8 February 2007. The Government must take the measures needed to carry out the protocol, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration will prepare and send the instrument of ratification to the depositary. The law entered into force on 21.12.2007.
