Law No. 302
Amendments to the law on the disciplinary college and disciplinary liability of judges
Law No. 302 amends two articles of Law No. 950-XIII on the disciplinary college and disciplinary liability of judges. Preliminary checks on disciplinary files are now carried out by judge-inspectors, instead of staff of the Superior Council of Magistracy apparatus. The register gives the in-force date as 25.01.2007.
