Correction to Law No. 306-XVI of 25 December 2008: "colegiului de calificare" becomes "colegiului disciplinar"
This correction fixes a drafting error in an amending law. In Article VI, point 2, paragraph four, the words "colegiului de calificare" should be read as "colegiului disciplinar". The text does not say who is affected or what other effects follow. The correction entered into force on 06.03.2009.
