Law No. 12
Civil aviation administration replaced by Transport Agency and Civil Aviation Authority
Law nr. 12 of 03.02.2009 amends the Civil Aviation Law and the Aviation Security Law. The central administrative authority becomes the Transport Agency, and the Civil Aviation Authority becomes the public certification, supervision and control body. The law entered into force on 13.03.2009.
