Law No. 127
Changes to registration of insurance payers and the state register of legal entities
Law no. 127 of 18.06.2010 amends several laws on social insurance, medical insurance and state registration of legal entities and sole traders. Public notaries and lawyers are included among those who must register as medical insurance payers within one month. The law entered into force on 03.09.2010.

Law No. 181
Law No. 181/2010 changes concession rules and introduces public-private partnership
The law amends several acts on concessions and public-private partnership. Concessions can be granted by the state and by administrative-territorial units, and the powers of the Government, the Public Property Agency and local councils are redistributed. The law entered into force on 03.09.2010.
