Law No. 262/2012: amendments to the Tax Code, the ethyl alcohol law and the wine law
Law No. 262 of 16.11.2012 amends several acts, including the Tax Code, Law No. 1100-XIV on ethyl alcohol and alcohol production, and the Law on Vine and Wine No. 57-XVI. The text changes rules for wine producers, trade in ethyl alcohol and product conformity assessment. The law enters into force on 11.02.2013.
