Law No. 88
Law No. 88/2014 expands dental care for children and rehabilitation for cancer patients
The law amends Article 20 of the Health Protection Law No. 411-XIII. Children up to 12 years old get full dental care, except for dental prosthetics and restoration. Patients with malignant tumors may have costs covered for breast exoprostheses and implants, and patients with malignant tumors of the head, neck and musculoskeletal system may have costs covered for individual prostheses and consumables. The law entered into force on 20.06.2014.

CNPF fines ASITO S.A. 15.0 thousand lei and orders it to fix reserve and solvency breaches
After a thematic inspection as of 30.09.2013, the National Financial Market Commission found several breaches of law by the insurer International Insurance Company "ASITO" S.A. The company was fined 15.0 thousand lei for breaching art.32 para.(4) of Law No. 407-XVI of 21.12.2006 and must correct the breaches found. The decision takes effect on the day of publication, 20.06.2014.
