The National Bank of Moldova has set that, during the annual leave of Grigore Olaru, liquidator of Banca de Economii S.A. in liquidation, the role will be carried out by Iulian Țurcan. The replacement period is 14.01.2026 - 13.02.2026. The ordinance entered into force on 11.01.2026.

Government approves agreement with France on international volunteering programme in companies

The Government approved an agreement by exchange of notes between the Republic of Moldova and the French Republic on the International Volunteering in Companies Programme, drawn up in Chisinau on 20 November 2025. The decision is submitted to Parliament for information. It enters into force on 15.01.2026.

The Government approved the grant agreement between the Organization for the Development of Entrepreneurship and the German International Cooperation Agency (GIZ) to implement the project "Strong Enterprises and Communities for Moldova". Changes to rules on land cadastre documentation, in force from 15.02.2026

The Government amends the Regulation on the content of land cadastre documentation, approved by Government Decision No. 940/2023. The changes cover the deadline for consolidating the cadastre at district and municipality level, which becomes 25 February, legal references for irrigated land and land functions, and a new item in Annex No. 2 for rocket launch sites of the Special Service for Active Influence on Hydrometeorological Processes. The decision enters into force on 15.02.2026.

Government approves bill to ratify Japan deal on Teleradio-Moldova TV equipment

The government approved a bill to ratify an agreement with the Government of Japan and sent it to Parliament for review. The agreement concerns technical cooperation to finance a project to improve TV programme production equipment at the public institution Teleradio-Moldova. The decision entered into force on 15.01.2026.

Four new bodies added to the government telecom system and Constitutional Court added to MCloud

The Government expands the lists of beneficiaries of the public administration telecommunications system and the MCloud platform. Position 135-138 is added to Annex No. 1 to GD No. 840/2004: the Office for Investigation of Accidents and Incidents in Transport, the Cybersecurity Agency, the National Crisis Management Center and the Naval Agency of the Republic of Moldova. Point 20 is added to Annex No. 2 to GD No. 128/2014: the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Moldova. The decision enters into force on 15.01.2026, the day of publication.
