În partea constatantă a Hotărîrii CNVM nr. 51/7 din 27 decembrie 2005 "Cu privire la acordarea licenţei pentru activitate profesionistă pe piaţa valorilor mobiliare Companiei Fiduciare "Europa-Trust" SRL", publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova nr. 176-181 din 30.12.2005, în loc de data "16.12.2006" urmează a se citi "16.12.2005".

Ethyl alcohol withdrawn from circulation: expertise, sale or destruction
The law amends Article 33 of Law No. 1100-XIV on ethyl alcohol. Ethyl alcohol and alcohol products withdrawn from circulation become state property, are recorded by tax authorities and undergo quality expertise. Depending on the results, they may be sold by competition as raw material or destroyed. The law entered into force on 06.01.2006.

Amendment to Article 12 of the Criminal Code: place of a transnational offence
The law adds a new paragraph (2) to Article 12 of the Criminal Code, setting out when a transnational offence is considered committed in the Republic of Moldova. The single paragraph becomes paragraph (1). The law entered into force on 06.01.2006.

Minor students studying abroad: notarized parental consent needed to leave and enter Moldova
Minors aged over 14 enrolled in schools or universities in other states must present their enrollment document and a notarized declaration from one parent when leaving and entering the Republic of Moldova. The declaration is valid for one academic year. The law took effect on 06.01.2006.
