În Legea nr. 516-XIV din 15 iulie 1999 cu privire la reorganizarea şi privatizarea Societăţii pe Acţiuni "Tirex-Petrol" (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 1999, nr. 90-92, art. 456) la art. 4 alin. (1) cuvintele "statului in Societate" se vor înlocui cu "Societăţii".
