Law on implementing the Chemical Weapons Convention in Moldova

Law No. 358 of 05.11.2004 sets out how the Chemical Weapons Convention applies in the Republic of Moldova. It bans any person from developing, producing, stockpiling or using chemical weapons. The law provides for declarations, controls and inspections for listed substances, and the text entered into force on 14.01.2005.

The law sets out how securities and participation shares of liquidated agricultural enterprises are allocated when the holders of value share certificates did not claim them. Applications go to the inventory, allocation and transfer commission by 1 May 2006. The law entered into force on 14.01.2005.
