În articolul unic din Decretul Preşedintelui Republicii Moldova nr. 267-V din 16 aprilie 2010 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2010, nr. 56-57, art. 172), textul „se numeşte, de la data de 16 aprilie 2010” se va citi „se numeşte, prin transfer, de la data de 16 aprilie 2010”.

Social Assistance Law No. 547-XV, amended by Law No. 122 of 2010
Law No. 122 of 18.06.2010 amends the Social Assistance Law No. 547-XV. Social assistance is provided as social services and social benefits, and the term "social dependency" is replaced with "situation of difficulty". The law entered into force on 30.07.2010.

One-time allowance on release from detention: 75% of average monthly wage
The law amends paragraph (1) of Article 151 of Law No. 297-XIV on the social adaptation of people released from detention. People who served a prison sentence receive a one-time allowance on release equal to 75% of the average monthly wage in the economy for the previous year. People whose main punishment was replaced by a fine or unpaid community work with a prison sentence, under Article 64 paragraph (5) and Article 67 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code, are excluded. The law took effect on 30.07.2010.

Amendments to the Law on Free Economic Zones, in force from 30.07.2010
Law No. 175 amends Law No. 440-XV on free economic zones. Security in the zones will be provided by specialized security enterprises, and in Article 7 paragraph (3) the figure 50 is replaced with 300. Transfer settlements between residents may also be made in foreign currency, under rules set by the National Bank of Moldova. The law entered into force on 30.07.2010.
