În textul Hotărîrii Comisiei Naţionale a Valorilor Mobiliare nr. 38/1-1 din 29.09.2005 "Cu privire la înregistrări în Registrul de stat al valorilor mobiliare", publicată în Monitorul Oficial nr. 132-134 din 07.10.2005 - partea hotărîtoare, p. 1.3 alineatul 1, ultima propoziţie a se citi: "Capitalul social al SA "Inconarm" va constitui 4577155 lei divizat în 114429 acţiuni ordinare nominative cu valoarea nominală 40 lei".
