    1. Din punctul 1 al Hotărîrii Consiliului de administraţie al ANRE nr. 190 din 30 august 2005 "Cu privire la aprobarea Instrucţiunii pentru calcularea consumului tehnologic de energie electrică în reţelele electrice" publicată în Monitorul Oficial nr. 139-141 (1738-1740) din 21.10. 2005, se exclud cuvintele "anexă la prezenta Hotărîre".

    2. Hotărîrea Consiliului de administraţie al ANRE nr. 190 din 30 august 2005 se completează cu punctul 4 cu următorul conţinut:

    4. "Instrucţiunea aprobată va fi plasată pe pagina web (www.anre.md) şi va fi publicată în revista Agenţiei "ENERGIA".
