În Capitolul II. "Modalitatea de întocmire a documentelor de plată" din "Regulamentul privind utilizarea documentelor de plată la efectuarea plăţilor fără numerar pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova" aprobat prin Hotărîrea Consiliului de Administraţie al Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei nr. 150 din 26 iunie 2003 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova" nr. 141-145 (1234-1238) din 11 iulie 2003) la litera d) din punctul 20 cuvintele "dispoziţia incaso trezorerială tip. doc. 9" se substituie cu cuvintele "dispoziţia incaso/ dispoziţia incaso trezorerială tip. doc. 2, 9".

Commodity exchanges must obtain a license to operate
The law amends the rules on commodity exchanges and on licensing of certain activities. A commodity exchange may operate only after it obtains a license, and exchange activity is added to the list of licensed activities. The text does not set a separate start date, so it applies from the entry into force on 18.07.2003.
