La articolul I punctul 2 din Legea nr. 261-XVI din 27 octombrie 2005 pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2005, nr. 157-160, art. 782, în loc de "art. 24 alin. (15)"se va citi "art. 24 alin. (22)".

Customs Department renamed Customs Service in several laws and the Customs Code
Law No. 289 of 11.11.2005 renames the Customs Department as the Customs Service in several legislative acts. In the Customs Code, "customs warehouse" becomes "customs antrepot", and "customs regime" becomes "customs destination" in certain articles. The law entered into force on 09.12.2005.
