Up to 50% bonus for teaching staff at Academy of Sciences of Moldova institutions
The law supplements the pay system in the budget sector. Teaching and management staff of educational institutions of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova may receive a bonus of up to 50% of their basic salary. The bonus is for the creative, individualized nature of teaching gifted pupils and students, under criteria for assessing individual professional performance, within the financial resources allocated to the Academy each year. The law took effect on 28.11.2008.
