Law No. 380/2004: cancellation of penalties and fines for certain taxpayers

The law cancels penalties and financial sanctions (fines) totaling 12011,8 thousand lei for taxpayers listed in annexes 1-4 who met the conditions of Law No. 453-XV of 30 July 2001. Tax authorities make the entries in personal accounts on the date the law takes effect, 10.12.2004. Income resulting from the cancellation is not taxable for income tax purposes.

The law changes the area of the Tvardiţa Free Enterprise Zone from 51.1 ha to 3.57 ha. Plots of 47.53 ha, removed from the zone administration's use, are transferred to the Tvardiţa village mayor's office, Taraclia district. The law took effect on 10.12.2004.
