La art. III din Legea nr. 36 din 9 aprilie 2015 pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte legislative, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, nr. 93, art. 134, în loc de „l)” se va citi, în ambele cazuri, „l¹)”.
La art. I pct. 1 din Legea nr. 167 din 31 iulie 2015 pentru modificarea și completarea Codului audiovizualului al Republicii Moldova nr. 260-XVI din 27 iulie 2006, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, nr. 254–257, art. 485, în loc de „x)”, „y)”, „z)”, „z¹)” și „z²)” se va citi, în ambele cazuri, respectiv, „z)”, „z¹)”, „z²)”, „z³)” și „z⁴)”.

Audio and video recording of court hearings and summons by fax or email
Law nr. 195 of 19.11.2015 amends the Criminal Procedure Code, the Civil Procedure Code and the Contravention Code. The presiding judge must inform the parties that the hearing is recorded audio and/or video, and the clerk may use the recordings to check the minutes. For contravention cases, a summons may also be sent by fax, email or another electronic messaging system, if the authority can prove the summons was received. The law entered into force on 18.12.2015.

Duty-free import of equipment for the Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University
Under this law, the Ion Creangă State Pedagogical University in Chișinău is allowed, as an exception, to bring into the country equipment for researching and protecting the country's cultural and historical heritage. The equipment is exempt from import duties but cannot be sold or transferred. The law entered into force on 18.12.2015.

Law no. 204/2015 removes international gas transit from the definition of gas transport
The law amends Article 4 of Law no. 123-XVIII on natural gas. The words on international natural gas transport services in transit are removed from the definition of natural gas transport. The National Agency for Energy Regulation must bring its normative acts into line with the law and recalculate natural gas tariffs within 15 days. The law entered into force on 18.12.2015.
