Administraţie al Băncii Naţionale
a Moldovei nr. 373 din 15 decembrie 2005, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, nr. 176-1 81/ 643 din 30
decembrie 2005, în anexa 4 la punctul 1.10 textul "(transferul bugetar poate fi numai urgent)" se exclude.

Criminal Code supplemented with an offence on weapons of mass destruction
Law nr. 30 of 23.02.2006 adds Article 140¹ to the Criminal Code. The article punishes the use, development, production, acquisition, storage, transfer, keeping and transport of chemical, nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction in breach of national law or international treaties. The law entered into force on 17.03.2006.

Removal of the typewritten form requirement from the Criminal Procedure Code
Law No. 35 of 24.02.2006 removes the words ", in typewritten form," from Article 429 paragraph (1) and Article 455 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code. The text does not specify who is affected. The law entered into force on 17.03.2006.

Import and export rules for businesses without tax ties to the budget, from 17.03.2006
The law adds to three legislative acts on import duties and import-export operations. Operations by economic agents in Moldova that have no tax relations with the budget are carried out in the manner approved by the Government. The law takes effect on 17.03.2006.
