Punctul 3 din Ordinul secretarului de stat al Ministerului Finanţelor nr.162 din 28 decembrie 2017 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova nr.27-32/92 din 26.01.2018) se completează la final cu textul: „În punctul 4.2.6.16 să se excludă sintagma „respectând toate condițiile stipulate în Regulamentul privind suspendarea operaţiunilor, sechestrarea şi perceperea în mod incontestabil a mijloacelor băneşti din conturile bancare, aprobat prin Hotărârea Băncii Naţionale a Moldovei nr.375 din 15 decembrie 2005, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare”.”
