În punctul 96 din Regulamentul cu privire la eliberarea vizelor, aprobat prin Hotărîrea Guvernului nr. 50 din 15 ianuarie 2013 (Monitorul Oficial, 2013 , nr. 10-14 din 18 ianuarie 2013, art. 73), sintagma "60 de zile" se va citi "60 de luni".

Parliament ratifies development cooperation agreement with the Czech Republic

Parliament ratified the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Czech Republic on development cooperation, signed in Chisinau on 23 November 2012. The Government must take the measures needed to carry out the agreement, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration will notify the Czech side of the ratification. The law entered into force on 15.03.2013.

Exceptional import of two vehicles for the Ciuciuleni public association "Prezicere Divină"

The law allows, as an exception, the public association "Prezicere Divină" from Ciuciuleni village, Hîncești district, to bring two vehicles into the country and place them under the import customs regime. They are donated by the Italian association "Aktiv Hilfe fur Kinder", with exemption from import duties and without the right to transfer them. The law enters into force on 15.03.2013.
