La art. I pct. 85 din Legea nr. 102 din 4 iunie 2026 pentru modificarea Legii nr. 74/2020 privind achizițiile în sectoarele energeticii, apei, transporturilor şi serviciilor poștale, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2026, nr. 294–297, art. 306, în anexa nr. 7, la punctul 11, în loc de „art. 40 alin. (3) lit. e)” se va citi „art. 40 alin. (3) lit. d)”.

Law no. 170/2026: comparable fees, switching payment accounts and basic payment accounts
The law sets rules for transparent fees on payment accounts, switching accounts between providers and access to basic payment accounts. Providers must use standardized terms and give consumers clear fee documents. The law enters into force on 27.08.2027, and the chapter on switching accounts applies 24 months after publication.

Parliament amended the Electoral Code No. 325/2022 through Law No. 192 of 25.08.2026, published in Monitorul Oficial No. 394-397 on 26.08.2026. The law introduces postal voting and other alternative voting methods, as well as regional elections in the Gagauz autonomous territorial unit. The law enters into force on 26.08.2026, but the text does not specify for whom or from which date each measure applies individually.
