Law No. 172/2025 changes rules for tourism activity and tourist destinations

The law amends Law No. 352/2006 on tourism. It introduces tourist destinations managed by destination management organisations (OMDT), an Inventory of tourism economic agents and vacation vouchers for employees. It applies from 25.08.2025.

Law No. 179/2025 changes civil service rules, in force from 25.08.2025

Law No. 179 of 03.07.2025 amends several acts on civil service, staff of cabinets of officials, asset declarations, pay and paid internships. For many provisions the text sets 1 July 2025 or 1 January 2026, while the register shows entry into force on 25.08.2025. The law applies to civil servants and other persons named in each article.

Law No. 230/2025 amends national defence law and military discipline rules

Law No. 230 of 10.07.2025 amends Law No. 345/2003 on national defence and adds a new article to Law No. 52/2007 on military discipline. Several terms are newly defined, and the structure of Armed Forces command is described in more detail. The law enters into force on 25.08.2025.
