La articolul 66 alineatul (4) litera a) şi la articolul 67 alineatul (3) litera a) din Legea nr. 436-XVI din 28 decembrie 2006 privind administraţia publică locală, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2007, nr. 32-35, art. 116, în loc de cuvîntul "oportunitate" se va citi "legalitate", iar în loc de cifra "70" se va citi "68".

Parliament ratifies the CEFTA amendment and accession agreement
Parliament ratified the Agreement on amendment and accession to the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), signed in Bucharest on 19 December 2006. The government must take the measures needed to implement the agreement. The law entered into force on 25.05.2007.
