Changes to fines in the Administrative Offences Code, articles 48 and 57

Law No. 158 of 03.04.2003 changes the size of fines in articles 48 and 57 of the Code on Administrative Offences by replacing the number of minimum wages. Article 57 also gets a new paragraph on trading and circulation of solid useful mineral substances without legal origin documents. The law entered into force on 18.04.2003, and the register shows it was repealed by LP218-XVI of 24.10.08.

The law amends the Law on the judicial system and the Law on the police. Courts have a judicial police force, which the Ministry of Internal Affairs places at their service. The text says the police ensure security in courts, guard court premises and bring in people who avoid appearing. The law enters into force on 18.04.2003.
