Police may use certified technical devices to detect administrative offences
The law adds a new point to Article 13 of the Police Law. For detecting administrative offences, police may use technical devices from their equipment that are subject to metrological control and certified by the authorised body. The Government sets the rules for their use. The law entered into force on 25.04.2003.
