La art. I pct. 7 din Legea nr. 120 din 29 mai 2025 pentru modificarea Legii nr. 273/1994 privind actele de identitate din sistemul național de pașapoarte (introducerea pașapoartelor și a documentelor de călătorie cu coduri noi, în funcție de tipul actului de identitate), publicată în Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2025, nr. 320, art. 356, în loc de „Migrațiune” se va citi „Migrație”.

Government approves draft law to ratify agreement with Israel on legal cooperation in civil and commercial matters
The Government approved a draft law to ratify the Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the State of Israel on legal cooperation in civil and commercial matters, drawn up in Jerusalem on 27 May 2025. The draft will be submitted to Parliament for examination. The decision entered into force on 18.12.2025.

The Government adds a new entry for 2026 to Annex No. 1 of the regulation on benefits for families with children: "2026 | 21886 | 21886". The provisions apply to children born starting 1 January 2026. The decision takes effect on 1 January 2026.

Government approved a bill to ratify the agreement on marine biodiversity beyond national jurisdiction
The Government approved a draft law under which Parliament would ratify the Agreement on the conservation and sustainable use of marine biological diversity in areas beyond national jurisdiction, adopted in New York on 19 June 2023. The draft was submitted to the President of the Republic of Moldova for review. The decision entered into force on 18.12.2025.

Government approves talks and signing of amendment to road rehabilitation loan agreement
The Government approved starting negotiations and signing Amendment No. 1 to the loan agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The original loan agreement for Project V on rehabilitating roads in Moldova was signed in London on 22 January 2024. The decision takes effect on 18.12.2025, the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Changes to rules for war veteran ID cards: new categories and exclusions
The government amends Decision No. 182/2018 on war veteran ID cards. Veteran status is now granted under Law No. 317/2024, and the list of categories now includes people who took part in combat on the territories of other states, as well as those who collected munitions or did demining work. The act enters into force on 18.01.2026.
