Method
- Soak the beans in cold water overnight, then simmer them in fresh water for an hour, until soft.
- Fry the chopped onion and grated carrot in oil for 7 minutes, then add the sliced sausages.
- Add the tomato paste, the drained beans, two glasses of their water, salt and pepper.
- Cook on low heat for 25 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
