Method
- Boil the potatoes in their skins for 15 minutes, peel and slice them.
- Soften the chopped onion in oil, add the mince and brown for 10 minutes. Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper.
- Layer potatoes in a greased dish, then the meat, then potatoes again.
- Beat the eggs with the sour cream and pour over the top.
- Bake at 190 °C for 35-40 minutes, until browned.
