    Method

    1. Soften the chopped onion in oil for 3-4 minutes, add the rinsed rice and stir for 2 minutes.
    2. Add the frozen vegetables and 800 ml of hot salted water.
    3. Cover and cook on low heat for 18-20 minutes, until the rice absorbs the water.
    4. Leave covered for 5 minutes, fluff with a fork and sprinkle with herbs.
