    Method

    1. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds.
    2. Fry the chopped onion and grated carrot in oil for 5 minutes. Mix half with the mince, rinsed rice, salt and pepper.
    3. Fill the peppers and stand them side by side in a pot.
    4. Add the remaining vegetables, the tomato paste and water to halfway up the peppers.
    5. Cook, covered, on low heat for 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream.
